Store in a cool, dry place between 4ºC-24ºC, with the particularity that if the temperature is higher than 24ºC the product may melt and be completely unusable, so it is recommended that the maximum temperature never exceed 24ºC to avoid possible problems and, if it is possible, keep it refrigerated. Strongly protect from sunlight, as it melts chocolate in a matter of minutes. Blanched Marcona almonds firstly roasted with cane sugar, a point of salt and a little bit of La Vera paprika.
Once they are roasted with the special mixture, we add them a coberage of black belgian chocolate lactosa free (60% minimum of cocoa), making it in a slow and delicate process, until we get a perfect finish.
